The PERMETRO system was specifically developed to accurately compare the permeation rate between generic drugs and reference medicinal products (RLDs) – even with complex in vivo absorption. It simulates intestinal absorption conditions using the PermeaPad GIT barrier and delivers precise, automated data on dissolution and permeation dynamics. Ideal as a pre-BE (bioequivalence prediction) test prior to clinical trials.
